I love to have visitors at the studio, but by appointment only. That way we have as much time as needed for fittings or to discuss a project without being interrupted.

Alterations are for formal, everyday wear, and vintage clothing. No heavy-duty sewing or alterations, such as leather or industrial canvas.

Basic alterations on everyday wear such as hems have set pricing. Bridal alterations have a starting price and require an in person quote. Formal dresses can be complex, and made of unique materials, so it would be hard to give a fair estimate without knowing what we're working with. No quotes via phone, text or emails.

We offer custom sewing for unique, specifically designed items such as repurposing, keepsakes, or replicating pieces from the past. We do not offer custom sewing for wedding dresses or everyday clothing. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a project in mind.

Turnaround time on general alterations is usually up to two weeks, but it all depends on the complexity of the garment and the schedule. During bridal season, expected turnaround times may be up to three weeks. Bridal alterations are completed in a series of fittings, and an estimated pick-up date will be given at the initial fitting. I am currently a team of one and work according to a timeline, so I do not offer same-day or rush services.
